• All fees are calculated on a “per day” basis. This includes both the day the animal is dropped off and the date of pick-up.

• We ask that advance payment be made on all bookings. It isn’t a problem if you aren’t sure how long your pet will stay, or needs to stay longer than the original paid period. Dolittles asks for a minimum of 1 week advance payment. Any additional boarding fees incurred can be paid on pick-up of your pet.

• Payments can be made by cash, Eftpos, Visa and Mastercard ONLY

• Dolittles recognises two blocks of peak periods during the course of the year. During this time all dates booked will be charged regardless of late admission and early departure of pets.
Minimum 14 day stays when booking between: 15th December – 15th January; & Minimum 7 day stays when booking over the Easter period.
